Demonstrated customer service skills are crucial, given that this role involves direct interaction with customers during project installations.
Responsibilities:
- Drives to scheduled job sites, engages with customers, and executes project tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provides hands-on labor to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Adheres to OSHA and other safety regulations, prioritizing a secure work environment.
- Facilitates the loading and unloading of materials onto vehicles.
- Ensures precise and quality installation of all products.
- Undertakes basic carpentry duties, including fence build-outs, and may be responsible for dismantling and removing old fencing.
- Conducts a thorough post-job inspection to guarantee the quality of work and cleans the job site meticulously.
- Reviews job completion details with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and providing guidance on proper product usage for long-lasting performance.
- Performs necessary service work on our products as required.
- Adheres to PMA Fence Builders processes and policies at all work levels.
- Maintains personal liability insurance as required.
- Assumes additional duties as assigned.
